Refund Eligible Cases
- Wrong size delivered (different from confirmed order)
- Wrong design delivered
- Damaged product received
- B-quality product received
Products must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- In original packaging
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Used products
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by customer
- Return requests after 7 days
